Our client, a music company showcasing iconic dance music acts, is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator & Channel Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Crafting unique digital campaigns to magnify new release’s impact.
• Working with Artists and their teams on social media execution.
• Engaging new fanbases with a view to grow and retain existing ones.
• Working directly with the Label Manager on marketing campaigns across live events, albums, and single releases.
• Handling the day-to-day management of the labels’ social media and D2C channels.
• Managing the content calendar.
• Drafting copy for posts on label channels.
• Creating campaign assets and outsourcing this where needed.
• Optimising image and video assets for each social media platform.
• Posting content across a range of label channels.
• Understanding data to make recommendations and improve action.
• Adding to best practice knowledge with data insight and learnings.
Requirements:
• Experience managing social media for Instagram, Meta. YouTube, Discord, and Mailchimp.
• Previous experience driving social media activation.
• Experience running free/paid marketing campaigns.
• Graphic design, filming, and content creation skills using software such as Photoshop.
• Awareness of industry trends.
• Interest in new technologies.
• Able to collaborate and work independently.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative.
