Our client, a well established talent management company, is seeking a Junior Designer, Marketing to joining their dynamic marketing division in the central London office. The successful candidate will have an abundance of creativity and graphic design know-how.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Employing creativity to advance the marketing goals of several high-profile accounts.
• Creating graphic design marketing assets for live shows, TV productions, from conception to execution.
• Developing key art concepts, designing advertising and promotional assets for live tours and shows, TV productions, merchandise and other keys business areas.
• Taking responsibility for roll-out of approved artwork for all campaign derivatives.
• Pitching creative ideas to talent and talent managers.
• Working collaboratively with talent to develop content for press and marketing campaigns.
• Reversioning approved artwork for multiple print and digital derivatives.
• Assisting with the creation of marketing decks for the global Sales/Distribution team.
• Assisting with the production of promotional video content to include ideation, editing, optimising for socials as required.
• Assisting occasionally with the planning and production of video shoots with talent alongside the Creative team.
• Editing promotional videos occasionally.
Requirements:
• Creative skills for the development of concepts for campaigns.
• Up to date awareness of existing trends in advertising and graphic design.
• Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and relevant graphic design software.
• Genuine enthusiasm about comedy, arts, live entertainment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident presentation skills when pitching ideas to talent or talent managers.
• Able to remain open to ideas and maintain a clear creative vision.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Filmmaking and video editing experience.
• Experience working with Premiere Pro video software is desirable.
